Prolife Purchase Terms and Conditions:


Dear customer, to organize the sale process, we hope you will review the following before completing the purchase. Completing the purchase will be deemed acceptance of these terms:


First: Product Display


1- The display and marketing of products on the website should not be construed in any way as a recommendation that any product is suitable for the customer's desires and needs. Therefore, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the product meets their needs by reviewing the information included on each product page and in the description pages.


Second: Shipping and Delivery


1- The customer must enter the recipient's name and delivery address correctly. Errors in the address or contact information may result in delayed or non-delivery of the shipment, or additional fees may be imposed by the shipping company or delivery representative.


2- The expected delivery time is an estimate. We will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, the order may be delayed for reasons beyond the store's control.


3. The customer's order may be delayed for reasons related to the customer, such as their absence from the delivery location, failure to respond to the delivery representative's call, or their request to change the delivery address. In such circumstances, neither the store nor the delivery company are responsible for the delay.


4. The store may change the shipping company selected by the customer without consulting the customer if shipping is free. It may also change the shipping company if shipping is paid, provided that the store refunds the difference in fees to the customer if the fees after the change are lower.


5. If the shipment arrives internally damaged, the customer must notify the shipping company before receiving the order and then notify the store directly.


Third: Returns and Exchanges


All sold goods (excluding cosmetics, personal care products, and perfumes) are returnable within seven (7) days of receipt. The customer will receive a refund, less the cancellation/modification/non-receipt fees shown below, if any. The goods must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for returning the goods to the store within the above period. The refund amount will be returned to the customer using the same card within the period specified by the card issuer.

This site is intended for retail orders for personal use only. If a bulk order is placed (wholesale), the store reserves the right to cancel the order.

Digital cards: Purchasing a digital card signifies your acceptance of the purchase. Cards cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

Note:


Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

The product must be in its original condition and packaging, and must never have been used or the packaging altered.

The return and exchange option will be available to the customer within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

If the product is misused by the customer, it will not be returned. Please note that all packages are invoiced by Prolife.

If the order invoice from Prolife is not attached, the order will not be returned.


Fourth: Order Cancellation/Modification/Non-Receipt Fees:


The customer must submit a modification or cancellation request via the store's WhatsApp: 0506396066. Given that shipping, delivery, and payment services are provided by other companies, fees may be charged as follows:


If the order is delivered to the shipping company before the cancellation request is received, or if the customer does not receive the order for a reason at their own expense, and the shipping company returns the shipment to our warehouse and charges a shipping and return fee, these fees will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.

If shipping is free and the customer wishes to return a portion of the purchase, and the value of the non-returned purchases is less than 499 riyals, the usual shipping fees will be calculated according to the destination and deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.

- These fees will not be charged to the customer if the store is not charged by the shipping company.
