Add your bank accounts + activate electronic payment methods (Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay).

The customer must provide us with all details and contact us via WhatsApp before starting work to ensure it is professional and meets the customer's expectations.

You can cancel your order if it has not been started.

Package fees are non-refundable in full or in part once the order has been received.

After receiving the store, 48 hours are required for inquiries about the platform.

After 48 hours, Prolife is not responsible for any modifications.

Only 3 modifications are allowed, any additional modification will result in a 15% increase.

2- Store Authentication Requirements:

Commercial Register or Self-Employment Document.

Valid National ID.

Bank Account linked to the document or document.

Bank Identification Certificate (IBAN Certificate)

3- Product Addition Requirements:

An Excel file will be prepared, and we will contact you to collect product information (product name, price, stock).

Photos must be collected by you and sent to us.

We only perform the above operations on your behalf, and the quoted price does not include the following:

Domain link fees (your store link).

Store fees on the same platform range from 99 to 299 riyals for a monthly subscription or 1,000 to 2,900 riyals for an annual subscription. A significant discount will be offered on Sala packages.
